The Rest & Release Box was created as a little invitation to stop, soften and make space for yourself.
Inside, lavender, amethyst, clear quartz and candlelight come together with lunar-inspired ritual pieces to create a moment that belongs entirely to you. Not to fix you. Not to make you more productive. Simply to give you somewhere to put down the noise for a while.
Lavender has long been associated with calm and rest, while amethyst is traditionally connected with reflection, peace and inner clarity. Clear quartz becomes the anchor of the ritual, something physical to hold while you decide what you are ready to release and what deserves to remain.
Each box is assembled by hand by LunaWye in Ross-on-Wye and includes everything you need to create your own Rest & Release ritual.

Find somewhere you can be undisturbed for a few minutes. You don't need the perfect altar, the perfect moon phase or the perfect state of mind.
Light your candle and hold the clear quartz between your palms.
Take a slow breath in and silently think So.
Breathe out and think Ham.
Continue for a few breaths, letting the rhythm become more important than whatever is racing through your head.
Then hold your amethyst and ask yourself one simple question:
What am I carrying that I no longer need to carry?
You don't have to solve it. Name it.
Write it down, whisper it into the room or simply acknowledge it inside yourself.
Then say:
“I release what has become heavy.
I keep the wisdom.
I return to myself.”
Place the amethyst somewhere beside your bed, altar or quiet space as a reminder that releasing something doesn't erase what happened. It simply means it doesn't have to travel everywhere with you.
