LunaWye – Our Story
LunaWye wasn’t created to follow a trend.
It was shaped by lived experience.
For six years, I cared for my dad after a stroke left him without the use of the left side of his body. That experience permanently changed the way I see movement, recovery, and what it truly means to support someone’s wellbeing.
I witnessed how quickly life can change—how strength can disappear, routines can be disrupted, and how even the smallest movements can become monumental achievements. But through the care, the patience, and the quiet moments, I discovered something powerful:
Healing isn’t found in doing more. Sometimes, it is found in slowing down.
In a steady breath.
In patient, mindful movement.
In simply meeting yourself exactly where you are.
That deep understanding became the foundation of everything we do here.
From One River to Another
My journey eventually took me from one sacred river to another.
On the banks of the River Ganges in Rishikesh, India, I immersed myself in traditional lineages, completing my 200-Hour Traditional Meditation Teacher Training alongside 100-Hour Yin Yoga & Hatha Yoga certifications.
When I returned home to the peaceful banks of the River Wye, I realized that although these waters are thousands of miles apart, both rivers carry the exact same ancient message: healing begins when we slow down, become present, and reconnect.
Today, LunaWye brings that philosophy home to the beautiful countryside of Ross-on-Wye. Like Gwy, the daughter of the mountain, we choose the path of unspoiled beauty and individual rhythm over the frantic rush of the modern world.

Are LunaWye creations handmade?
Yes. Every LunaWye piece is handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is individually made, small variations in colour, crystal placement, texture, or finish may occur. These subtle differences are part of what makes each LunaWye creation unique.
What crystals are used in LunaWye pieces?
Many LunaWye altar pieces include natural crystal fragments selected for their traditional symbolic associations.
Some examples include:
Rainbow Moonstone – intuition, emotional balance, and lunar connection
Labradorite – transformation, protection, and inner awareness
Black Obsidian – grounding and energetic protection
Smoky Quartz – stability, grounding, and calm focus
Amethyst – peace, clarity, and spiritual balance.
Crystals are included as symbolic elements within each design.
𓆰𓆪 What are Pocket Guardians?
Pocket Guardians are small handcrafted talisman figures designed to symbolise protection, guidance, and quiet strength.
Each guardian contains crystal elements traditionally associated with grounding and spiritual awareness. They can be carried in a pocket, placed on an altar, or kept nearby as a small reminder of intention and support.
⏾⋆. What are Wye Moonlets?
Wye Moonlets are small crescent moon talismans infused with rainbow moonstone or labradorite. Small, simple, no pressure. These are for when everything feels like “too much” and you don’t have the energy for big practices.
Pocket-sized → always with you.
One clear purpose → no decision fatigue.
Soft energy → gentle reset, not intense.
Think of them as a micro-pause you can carry. Just pick it up and pause.
꩜ Luna Ripple Talismans
For minds that don’t switch off—this is something to hold. These talismans are designed to give your energy somewhere to land. When thoughts loop, overwhelm builds, or you feel scattered—this becomes your anchor.
Smooth, tactile shape → calming to touch.
Repetitive motion (rub, trace, hold) → helps regulate your nervous system.
Simple intention → no overthinking required.
You don’t need a full ritual. You just need a moment.
𓆉︎ Luna Wayfinder Turtles
For when you feel lost, stuck, or all over the place. These are about direction without pressure.
Grounded shape → steady, reassuring.
Symbol of slow progress → removes urgency panic.
Physical reminder → you’re allowed to take your time.
Not everything needs fixing right now. Hold it and come back to one step. Just one.
☘︎ How are altar pieces used?
LunaWye altar pieces are designed to support personal ritual, reflection, and intention-setting. You may choose to:
Place them on an altar or sacred space.
Hold them during meditation or journaling.
Use them during moon rituals.
Keep them nearby as a reminder of your intention.
There is no single “correct” way to work with them—follow what feels natural to you.
༄ Why the River Wye?
LunaWye draws inspiration from the gentle flow of the River Wye and the rhythms of the moon. Both remind us that life moves in cycles—moments of movement, rest, change, and renewal. Each LunaWye piece is designed to reflect this sense of calm flow and connection to the natural world.
A Quiet Moment of Intention
Each LunaWye altar piece is created as a small companion for reflection, ritual, and quiet presence. Inspired by the flowing waters of the River Wye and the ever-changing cycles of the moon, these pieces are designed to support moments of stillness, intention, and connection.
Whether placed on an altar, carried through the day, or kept nearby during meditation, every piece is simply an invitation—to pause, breathe, and return to your centre.
Let the moon guide,
let the river flow,
& allow your intention to settle gently where it is needed.
