I'm Jemma, founder of LunaWye.LunaWye grew from my own search for calm, creativity and connection, and from a belief that wellbeing doesn't need to be complicated, perfect or performative.
That journey eventually took me to Rishikesh, India, where I trained in traditional meditation, Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga.

I completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, India, one of the world's best-known centres for traditional yoga.
My qualifications include:

From India to the Wye ༄
Coming home to Ross-on-Wye, LunaWye began to grow beyond movement alone. The River Wye, the moon, nature, creativity and the stories held within this landscape are now becoming part of its identity too.
Today, LunaWye is growing through handmade pieces, ritual, exploration and connection to the natural world, while movement and meditation remain part of what it will become.

LunaWye movement is currently resting while I continue building the wider project. Future plans include small-group Yin, accessible movement, meditation and nature-based practice around Ross-on-Wye. There is no launch date yet.
Movement remains part of the LunaWye journey.
My training in India shaped much of what LunaWye is becoming, particularly the importance of slowing down, working with the body rather than against it, and creating practices that feel accessible in real life.
For now, that part of LunaWye is being given the time and space to grow properly.
When the time is right, movement will find its way back to the Wye.
