We move with the seasons, soften with the lunar cycle, and stretch like we’ve just wandered in from the Wye with muddy boots and moonlight in our hair.

A Sanctuary of Stillness

Moonfall Yin is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes to gently open the deeper tissues of the body and calm the nervous system. With dim light, quiet breath, and supportive props, this practice becomes a sanctuary for rest, release, and reflection.
